Merge changes mistakenly made to `Makefile'.
(INFO_TARGETS): Change ../info/custom to ../info/customize.
(../info/customize): Renamed from ../info/custom.
(../info/viper, viper.dvi): Remove dependency on viper-cmd.texi.
